MobiMed Pocket
MobiMed Pocket extends the ePCR into the hands of consultants and operational leaders, supporting the entire patient workflow from the first contact to hospital handover. Real-time access to ECG, vital signs, and patient records ensures that decision-makers outside the ambulance can follow the case as it unfolds.
Filters allow users to focus on specific organisations or patient types, while secure chat and alert functions enable quick escalation and clear communication across teams.
Available on both iOS and Android, MobiMed Pocket ensures that clinicians and leaders remain connected to frontline workflows. This improves oversight, supporting timely interventions, and enhancing patient safety.
Clinical Workstation
Clinical Workstation connects the prehospital and hospital workflows by providing clinicians and operational leaders with real-time access to patient data as soon as care begins. Paramedics can instantly share information such as vital signs, ECG, incident details, and ambulance location with ETA, ensuring hospitals are fully prepared before the patient arrives.
The Clinical Workstation is designed to support secondary triage and coordination within the emergency department, enabling hospital teams to receive early notifications when a case is en route, follow real-time updates, and prepare resources in advance of patient handover. This ensures that incoming patients are prioritised and managed efficiently, particularly during periods of high demand.
From their workstations, hospital staff can track the patient journey, monitor ambulance progress, and receive alerts or messages from field teams. Two-way communication enables rapid clinical advice, while real-time updates on status and location allow hospitals to anticipate needs, plan staffing, and improve triage efficiency.
Clinical Review
The MobiMed Clinical Audit module strengthens quality assurance and accountability by enabling thorough, real-time audits of patient care. It integrates directly with the ePCR, ensuring that patient records, medical interventions, and outcomes are available for evaluation without disrupting workflows.
Auditors and compliance officers can search, track, and review cases by chief complaint, signed records, or incidents. Built-in access to audit logs provides full traceability, while real-time monitoring highlights deviations from protocols, identifies patterns in patient care, and ensures audits are always current.
Findings are shared through structured reports, with feedback loops to clinicians and teams. This promotes continuous improvement, transparency, and evidence-based practice, ensuring care is delivered consistently and in line with clinical guidelines.
