1985

Ortivus is founded with the aim of developing, manufacturing, and marketing a unique system for monitoring patients with ischemic heart disease – MIDA (Myocardial Ischemia Dynamic Analysis). The initial development is carried out in collaboration with the Foundation for Medicine & Technology at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

1995

MobiMed is launched on a full commercial scale in the Swedish market.

1999

MobiMed PWS 1000 introduced worlds first telemedicine terminal. Ortivus UK incorporated launching MobiMed on the UK Market.

2001

Ortivus introduces worlds first MedTech product with blue-tooth integration.

2006

Ortivus selected supplier to the world's largest IT project within healthcare, NHS Connecting for Health in the UK. Ortivus receives important order for MobiMed in Italy (Olympic winter games). 

2014

Ortivus delivers Europe’s largest ambulance digitalisation project, a Managed Service deployment of MobiMed ePR across 1,200 vehicles in the UK.

2019

Ortivus signs agreement for national deployments of MobiMed ePR in Singapore. Northern Ireland Ambulance Service chooses MobiMed ePR as the preferred solution for the REACH project.

2025

Singapore and all UK customers have extended their MobiMed ePR contracts for two more years, while the next-generation MobiMed 5 has now been launched.
