The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for leading and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance Ortivus’s brand presence and market positioning. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and communication, preferably within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team and the marketing coordinator to drive marketing initiatives.

Job Description: The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for leading and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance Ortivus’s brand presence and market positioning. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing and communication, preferably within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will manage a small team and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Create and regularly update the marketing and communication plan.
- Define marketing activities and exhibitions in collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns and sales & marketing material.
- Develop presentation material and sales pitches.
Communication:
- Develop and manage both internal and external communication.
- Ensure reporting compliance with Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
- Evaluate and develop new communication channels and tools.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and the external market through:
- Social Media
- Website
- Newsletter
- Analyze communication needs and provide feedback.
- Handle communication related to Ortivus news, products, press releases, and other activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles
- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant stock market regulations, including MAR.
- Proven track record of successful results within marketing and/or communication.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the public sector and healthcare
Education & Skills:
- Academic degree relevant to the position or equivalent experience.
- Ability to drive complex marketing projects.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
